Daily Schedule
Morning Session
9:00 - 10:30 am - Off-ice training
10:30 - 11:00 am - Classroom lesson
11:15 - 12:15 pm - On–ice training
Afternoon Session
12:45 - 2:15 pm - Off-ice training
2:15 - 2:45 pm - Classroom lesson
3:15 - 4:15 pm - On-ice training
All campers are expected to have the basic skills necessary to engage in hockey drills involving skating, passing and shooting.
½ Day 1 Week Camp Highlights
4 hours of on-ice hockey instruction.
Sessions will focus on key skills that will help players skating (quick starts, transitioning, picking up and maintaining speed…), position specific skills, making and receiving passes, puck control, shooting, puck protection, communication on the ice and much more. Players will begin with small group skill stations followed by fun challenging drills incorporating a variety of skills in game situations.
6 hours of off-ice conditioning.
Sessions will focus on the fitness components that are key to the sport of hockey (agility, speed, strength, coordination/balance and power). Off-ice drills will also incorporate stickhandling and shooting training. Players will use equipment and training methods that they can use at home to continue their conditioning throughout the season.
2 hours of Athlete - Hockey Based classroom instruction.
Classroom sessions will help players manage the stress of the season and teach players strategies, tips and tricks to make themselves more comfortable and ready to perform at their highest level. Topics will include…

Professional and experienced instructors/teachers with over 30 Years of experience working with kids, providing a safe and fun environment that focuses on hard work, goal setting, teamwork and leadership.
Our instructors have extensive experience with tryouts in hockey and other sports. They have: facilitated tryouts for various minor hockey organizations, run on-ice drills, coordinated tryout sessions, overseen evaluators and have been actively involved in evaluating players in a variety of levels and age groups. They strive to be positive role models and friends so that the campers will trust them and feel comfortable to talk to them. They will provide campers with a safe and fun environment in which they can strive as young athletes to compete and develop. They will motivate them to achieve their best on and off the ice/field/court and promote a long lasting love of sport.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Cost : $250 Goalies ($125) Family Discount: If you are signing up two or more family members, save $15/child off your total.
$150 (min) non-refundable deposit upon registration (per camper) is required to hold your spot.
Remaining balance is due: June 1st, 2025 NO SPOTS WILL BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT.
