All-Girls Summer Hockey Camp – Komoka

Jenney Sports Academy is excited to offer our All-Girls Summer Hockey Camp, a program dedicated to empowering young female athletes. This camp provides a unique opportunity for girls to refine their skills, build confidence, and develop a love for the game in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.

Under the guidance of experienced coaches, participants will take part in training sessions covering skating, stickhandling, teamwork, and strategy. Beyond the rink, the camp emphasizes personal growth, including leadership, resilience, and sportsmanship.

Girls Summer Hockey Camp – 2026 - June 29 - July 3 (excluding Wednesday July 1) - 4 Days
 

Location: Komoka Wellness Centre
Capacity: 30 skaters + 4 goalies (in each age group)

Age Groups:

• Group 1: Ages 8 – 10

• Group 2: Ages 11 – 13
  
  

Daily Schedule

• 8:30 – 8:45 am: Drop-off

• 9:15 – 10:45 am: On-ice session (Group 1) / Off-ice conditioning (Group 2)

• 10:45 – 12:15 pm: On-ice session (Group 2) / Off-ice conditioning (Group 1)

• 12:15 – 1:00 pm: Lunch

• 1:15 – 2:45 pm: On-ice session (Group 1) / Off-ice sport (Group 2)

• 2:45 – 4:15 pm: On-ice session (Group 2) / Off-ice sport (Group 1)

• 4:15 – 4:45 pm: Wrap-up activity & pick-up
  
  

Skill Requirements:
Campers should have the basic hockey skills needed to participate in drills involving skating, passing, and shooting.
