Main Camp – 2026
 

Dates: First full week of July
Location: Komoka Wellness Centre
Capacity: 30 campers + 4 goalies per age age group

Age Groups:

• Group 1: Ages 8 – 10

• Group 2: Ages 11 – 13
  
  

Daily Schedule

• 8:30 – 8:45 am: Drop-off

• 9:15 – 10:45 am: On-ice session (Group 1) / Off-ice conditioning (Group 2)

• 10:45 – 12:15 pm: On-ice session (Group 2) / Off-ice conditioning (Group 1)

• 12:15 – 1:00 pm: Lunch

• 1:15 – 2:45 pm: On-ice session (Group 1) / Off-ice sport (Group 2)

• 2:45 – 4:15 pm: On-ice session (Group 2) / Off-ice sport (Group 1)

• 4:15 – 4:45 pm: Wrap-up activity & pick-up

Skill Requirements:
Campers should have the basic hockey skills necessary to participate in drills involving skating, passing, and shooting.

Main Camp – Highlights

• 3 hours of on-ice hockey instruction each day, including specialized goalie training

• Professional and experienced instructors, with over 30 years of combined experience working with kids

• 1 hour of off-ice conditioning, focusing on agility, speed, strength, coordination, balance, and power

• Skill development in other sports, including basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, flag football and many more

• Safe and fun environment emphasizing goal setting, teamwork, and leadership

Registration Information

• Camp Cost: TBD (includes jersey, t-shirt, and pizza lunch on the last day)

• Goalies: TBD

• Family Discount: Register two or more family members and save TBD per child

⚠️ Important Notes

• A non-refundable deposit (TBD minimum) is required upon registration to hold your spot

• Remaining balance is due May 1, 2026

• Spots are not held without payment (deposit or full payment)

• No refunds will be issued unless your spot can be filled by another camper

• Any refund issued is subject to a $5 administration fee

Pre-Registration & Waitlist Notes

• Main Camp is very popular, and returning campers are given the opportunity to pre-register for the next year

• Once pre-registration is complete, any remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis

• A short waiting list will be kept for any last-minute openings; email us if you wish to be added
